It covers the entire body like Naruto's. The eye power would act like a catalyst to create a condensed susanoo cloak.

Chakra cloaks like Naruto, it's only possible if the author allows it and maybe it's fair since narutos chakra gives him an eye color change

I could imagine Sarada with a susanoo cloak because her chakra control is gonna be even better than her dad's. That would allow her to summon an entire susanoo in a compact form instead of just limbs.

They already do. Sasuke had a blue cloak around him when fighting Danzo. He used that to speed up the Susanoo creation when attacked. Madara, IIRC, did the same while fighting the kages.

i can't really imagine them with chakra cloaks. Susano'o suits them better imo.
