Now donning the red clouds of Akatsuki, over his dark Nekura attire, Dean set forth to find more powerful opponents. What a luck it was for him, to find the young emo Uchiha, considered to be near on par with his brother, Itachi, who was a legend. Sasuke Uchiha, a spoiled entitled prick. Dean didn't mind fighting him, showing him that the Uchiha are indeed weaker than the Nekura. Focusing his Sound based chakra to his ears, Dean enhanced his own hearing by now releasing inaudible sound waves from his mouth as he breathes normally. These waves bounced off objects, creating a Sonar like vision, so flash bombs and the like, wouldn't affect him that much.

Using the enhanced hearing, the user is able to know where everything is around them, effectively creating a sonar effect through the rebound and reflection of sound waves. The hearing and the sonar effect is precise enough so that one can effectively use it to substitute one's vision in battle if needed. Despite being very effective, specially if the user has any of his other senses hindered, it also leaves the user vulnerable to sound genjutsu or sound attacks which will be much more drastic in its effects.

After coming into vision, Sasuke finds an opponent that looks strong, having an evil like aura emanating from him, but he thought, such an aura wouldn't even come close to the power of the darkness. Sasuke was wearing his standard grey attire, with the sword of kusanagi strabbed onto his back. After seeing the attire the opponent was wearing, Sasuke knew what clan he was from, the infamous Nekura clan. What an opponent to fight he thought.

After saying those words, Sasuke gazes into the eyes of the man before him, disregarding the comment he made about his brother, he activates the infamous 3 Tomoe Sharingan in his eye, spinning around in a whirlwind before settling down and shining into his eyes.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.
With the activation of the Sharingan, seeing a type of unique chakra infused into the ears of his opponent after activating his inner sonar skill technique. Sasuke knew the type of chakra his eyes were seeing, because he had faught opponents when he was young during the chunin exams that used the exact same chakra type.
Sound release eh?! Interesting.
After seeing the chakra, Sasuke activates a technique of his own, which would make the fire techniques Sasuke later uses to change in color, appearing as more transparent while retaining the same power to show a distorted image of what's behind it when it is released in case it obsecured Sasuke's vision of his opponent. While normally he wouldn't be able to see any kind of chakra behind the fire with his ability to see chakra gained from his sharingan, he would be able to pierce what is behind the fire like a normal eye would be capable of, although a bit distorted vision, it's a bit like how Sasuke is able to see while his Susanoo is active and surrounding him.

Description: This is a basic ninjutsu technique used by a proficient Fire release user, to give her fire techniques a more "unique" shape than the other users of fire techniques, similar to the shape of the "Fire Release: Demon Lanturn" technique, The user's fire techniques have somewhat of a transparent effect to it, allowing the user and others to see through the fire technique but a more of a distorted vision of what's behind the fire, and whenever the user's using a fire technique that consists of small fireballs like for example the "Fire Release: Phoenix Fire Technique" all of the small fireballs attain a demonic head-shaped fireball, this technique doesn't increase or decrease the strength of any fire techniques whatsoever.
Note: Will remain continuously activated once used.
Note: Must have a Primary Fire Release affinity.
Note: Fire techniques are still visible, even with normal eyesight.
After activating the technique, Sasuke strings two handseals, building chakra into his lungs and later spews a massive sized sphere of blazing flames that heads towards his opponent head on, scorching the ground as it travels.

Dean realizes that Sasuke, the scum of an Uchiha he is, could be quite strong. Despite not being able to be affected by the Sharingan's visual prowess, Dean decided to shift and focus his gaze on the kid's chin area. He could always look up during battle, but just in case he tried something funny. With that ebing said, a massive Fire ball makes its way towards Dean. With a single hand seal, Dean would create a wall of Soapstone to rise from the ground, and intercept the fireball, causing it to cancel out against the wall, and the wall remains. At the same time, Dean would also cause a single sharp spike of Soapstone to emerge from beneath Sasuke, impaling him through his left foot, upwards with great force. Each of the structures are B rank in power (its A rank divided into two parts). In the mean time, he would dash forward in a linear motion.

The tools are also slippery due to its soapy property. The soapstone are made as a real physical entity thus unless they are destroyed, they continue to exist after they are made. Creating soapstone mid-range away from the user though requires the user to weave one handsign.
