Nope. Sakura was blessed with good chakra control. Sakura didn't train hard in the academy and in part 1, naruto and sasuke did yet her CC was leagues ahead of theirs. The only explanation is that she was naturally good at CC.

She had to focus chakra into one place for three years. That's hard for anybody even if they have great chakra control
