obito didn't talk no jutsu nagato.
nagato had a different use in mind to use the tailed beast chakra(nuke bomb jutsu, that can target an entire country)
And nagato was inspired to start absuki with yakiro and went crazy when he had to kill yakrio. So nagato didn't need to be talked into siding with obito. There goals matched up to till a certain point(collecting the tailed beasts)

Regarding obitio and madara hard to say 100% obitio's goals and madara's goals are the same. They both involve the god tree. Their motivations are simular but this is also hard to say atm. The only question is whether madara wants the forbidden fruit or not. As obitio clearly wants to it put an illusion on the moon.
