Uchiha Madara never displayed any unique techniques with his MS/EMS eyes [Unlike Itachi,Shisui,Sasuke,Obito], its still a mystery what are the true abilities of his Mangekyou Sharingan...

Cannot agree with this fact, since he haven't displayed anything to compare with the others...

OT : Choosing from one of those 4, i got to go with Shisui.. Although it carries one of the Top Genjutsu ability it needs about 10 years [If my memory serves me right] to use again...

Madara we all know what special about his MSharingan was Limbo. Obito with dimensional and itachi for Totsuka with yata mirror. for me the weakest will be sasuke's, he just spamming jutsu transformation and stop amaterasu not much or less

I would have preferred if he used his doujutsu instead of the Nine Tails, though...

I have to say Sasuke. All of his Mangekyo techs were the same as Itachi's. The only difference was he was able to control Amaterasu, which honestly, really isn't that impressive. It didn't ever do much and wasn't all that cool imo

KA probably wasn't useable because nobody ever had both of his eyes. To Shisui, it was definitely available more than one time every ten years, and more than likely whenever he wanted, because the KA gave him his reputation. If it was the case that he could only use it once every ten years, nobody would have known about it, and Danzo never would have went after it. It's obvious that it's only limited to once every ten years if you don't have both eyes.
