Uchiha vs Senju
I believe they are both equal at their full potential. I don't care if Madara Uchiha lost to Hashi, I think they are both equal because the SO6P's power was divided by 2 which means both descendant were equal. Madara's lost may be explained because he wasn't at his full potential thus, he was still missing something like the Rinnegan (Unless you need EMS + Senju DNA to get Rinnegan) while Hashi was really at his full power. During their conflicts before Konoha's fouding, I believe both clan had many victories and defeats in both side. Before jumping in your own conclusion, I'll explain a bit about both clans so be sure to read it...
The Uchiha clan was the most powerful clan with the Senju before the clan massacre which only left a total of 3-4 ( we don't know when Madara died ) remaining members. They were known for being the one of the strongest clan because of their Sharingan as well as battle prowess.
Because of their incredible power, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju to match up with their strength. It was never known either which clan was the most useful (stronger) in conflicts but we suspect they were most likely equal. After obtaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, Madara Uchiha took control of the clan and became their leader. We believe Madara's leadership as made the clan stronger. The clan was feared of their eye who are called the Sharingan, one of the Three Great Dōjutsu. The Sharingan itself could elvolve up to 3 tomoe, each tomoe extends the power of being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counterattack or dodge without any wasted movement. The Senju clan was a group of shinobi that was considered to be one of the strongest clans in the ninja world before the founding of Konoha. The Senju were feared for beingmasters in all skills, from ninjutsu, to taijutsu, to genjutsu. Because of that, they earned the nice nickname "the clan with a thousand skills". Their leader was Hashirama Senju, With his unique Wood Release ninjutsu and his ability to control the tailed beasts, he was known for being the greatest shinobi of his time.
Like the younger son of the sage, Hashirama had a dream of peace, and a great love for his fellow men which lead the Senju clan to propose a truce to the Uchiha clan. It is unknown if the Senju clan still exists as an independent clan since there are no known persons with the Senju name alive except for the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade, being the only possible exception to date. Naruto has shown us that maybe the Uzumaki clan shares the Senju's DNA or they could even be the real descendant due to their incredible chakra reserve and body (this is just thoughts). Either way, the Senju were noted to be distant relatives of the Uzumaki clan.
