okay b4 i begin ask your self this why did tobi help itachi kill the uchihas ???wouldnt having a army of uchiha clan members alive benefit tobi ? ? now what did he gain from this action ??? itachi !!! call me crazy but i think tobi is not a uchiha.... it will explain how tobi didnt like danzo and danzo order the kill, so they are connected some how because tobi knew ........ my other theroy is tobi can control time and space just like kakashi does, and kakashi isnt full blood uchiha , maybe its affect when you arent true blooded ....... everyone with a ms has the same abilities but different look except kakashi and tobi there has to be something linking them ... idk what do u think ?

If Tobi is Madara then that means the Uchiha clan chose the village over him a long time ago so the whole clan wouldn't be of use to him but by doing this he can make use of Itachi and Sasuke. And I never compared kakashi and madaras ms powers like you did but madaras are much better I see no connection there.

So many flaws in this:
1. Why would the uchiha willingly become Tobi's army? ( Then you could say he wouldn't kill anyone because he can use them for his army).
2. Itachi said that Tobi/Madara ( Tobi went under the name Madara as well) helped him, but Itachi lies a lot, so we don't know if this is true.
3. Tobi might not be an uchiha, but what you stated does not support that at all.
4. No one likes Danzo. Uchihas weren't the only ones.
5. We already knew he could control space and time with his sharingan, But itachi can do that with tsukyomi, and he is fully uchiha.
6. Why would transplanting the eye rather than being born with it give you additional powers, making it better???

Tobi is not madara.. Edo madara has been summoned. 1 person can only have 1 soul NO MATTER what. Edo binds the sould with a dead body.. So im sorry but tobi is not madara you need to read up on the manga

2: tobi said he was madara to start the war to lure the beast out... and there is no proof he is madara he lies constantly u cant take all he says to be true

Tobi helped Itachi kill the Uchihas b/c he wanted a laboratory of sharigan eyes. Just b/c he helped Itachi kill them doesnt mean he's not an Uchiha, hell Itachi did it and he is one for sure. No one in the village sided with Madara when he wanted to continue fighting the Senju and not have a truce with them. For all we know he could have a deep hatred for his own clan b/c of this.

Also, it is NOT true that everyone with a MS has the same techniques. The only time we have seen this is between brothers that swapped eyes (Itachi/Sasuke). Who knows what MS powers Madara has...? He has not shown Amaretsu or the Tsyco-thingie for genjutsu that Itachi uses. I actually think everyones MS techniques are different except between shinobi that swap eyes.

it is true every one thats full blooded can use amaretsu .... and tobi and kakashi are the only ones that cant summon sasanoo or amaretsu
