Naruto and Sasuke had their powers temporarily enhanced by Hagoromo's Yin and Yang seals in order to fight Kaguya and Madara. In addition, Sasuke required the bijuu chakra to use Indra's arrow while Naruto couldn't produce the same amount and size of TSB as Ashura.

Indra should have stronger Sharingan feats than his transmigrants while Ashura should have a stronger body because they're the Sage's children and their DNA is directly descendant from Hagoromo while Uzumaki and Uchiha genes are more diluted.
