Madara casually reading the Uchiha Tablet, before his battle with Hashirama. Dat autoplay is on as well.
Enlightment:
I see.
The Jūbi is a primordial entity. It is the source of everything existing[
After producing the World, it fell into and entered a deep slumber. From there its life-giving properties begin to fashion the Earth, creating everything we see today, even humans...[
Ah, so man opened Pandora’s Box. Not surprising really, man’s incompetence and wickedness as a whole has risen drastically, and many reek of disloyalty. I’ve lost my brother because of it…
But do continue to tell me what you saw Rikudō.

Elucidations:
“The darkness of man emerged as risen familiarity of neighbors, cultivating contempt. That contempt transformed into hate and that hate breed countless wars. The amalgamation of man's misdeeds disturbed the Earth and awakened the Jūbi.”
“Ever since the realization of man’s consciousness, humans have thought as their individuality as something greater than nature. It’s a misguided impression. Nature is the force of all life and functions around a system that involves everything it encompasses. Nature takes only what is required and nothing more. Man however; is the completely differing from that system in everything they do and is only advanced during moments of conflict. Man takes a substantial amount from Nature, more than then they need and would further take everything given the chance. And they do this is all for personal gain, harming the world with the slashes and scars from their wars that develops from their own darkness. Is it any wonder why the Jūbi awakened from its slumber? Man was attacking the very land it created and the very land that they lived...”
“It is a man's own mind, not his enemy or foe that lures him to malicious ways."
“As time passed, wars were beginning to end, and people assumed their lives with pleasurable alacrity. However; the unaccustomed seemed to spread their haughtiness and dissatisfaction among others. They were filled with envy, hate, and jealous for multiple reasons, and as the malice swelled up, my dark vision from before returned once more. Clearly, I saw that this was no vision, but an unacquainted primordial entity that appeared before me. Its power was unfathomable, and its bodily presence overwhelming foul which alone brought despair and destruction into the world. The Jūbi."
“For a brief moment, I stood in amazement. This being, swallowed the oceans, split the land, carried mountains. The power seemed to stem from its eye. It was an eye that was an amalgamation of concentric circles and tomoes, which individually, possessed a celestial power. One of them was responsible from swallowing the oceans, the other splitting the land, and the last carrying the mountains. As I awakened from this shock, I viewed the destruction it caused…”[
“After managing to seal this primitive demon, I was endowed with limitless power, and seen as something beyond human… a God amongst Shinobi [

Nearing my end, I gathered the Bijū together and explained that I would soon be leaving, but before, I wished them to be living joyfully with man serving as the link between nature and humans. I furthered explained to them that I had left sealing scrolls to the Ninshū to bring them and humans closer together[

]Aims:
Strange; there’s more regarding Rikudō, but it’s unreadable.
Hmm…my ancestor also recorded his battles with Hashirama’s…he lost, he failed to put his Younger Brother in his place. How unsightly.
Odd, it says that the other Mangekyō users killed their dear ones to awaken their eyes. Izuna and I did not; I guess we’re a rare case. But it doesn’t mention anything about the Eternal; I must be the first that awaken these eyes. It also mentions that our eyes can control the Nine-Tails.
Izanagi and Izanami are Uchiha kinjutsu’s, both sealing the light of an eye permanently; that would explain the many wars that sprung up when I was looking over Izuna. However, I wonder if this holds true to my eyes as well.
Several notes also state that when both bloodlines become one, a new power awakens in the eye.
So Rikudō became a god by sealing the Jūbi within himself…a god…
It may not be as potent, but if I can manage some of Hashirama’s genetic material, than I should be able to replicate a lesser power of Rikudō’s. But to hide my true objectives, I should bring along the Kyūbi as well.[
Izuna, I thank you…your eyes have further allowed me to read the curses of fate that surround this clan
.
If things go accordingly, my imaginations will lead to the creation of a “purer world.”[

]Implications:
1.) Ten-Tails possessed Mokuton and Sharingan.
2.) Man through through their disputes awoken the Datara; consequently attacking the inhabitants of the world.
3.) After Madara read these records left behind Rikudō and his ancestors, he formulated a plan to gain access to Hashirama's power.
