The markings on This Snakes head obviously shows the Sharingan.
Any Explanations on this.
This could mean Orochimaru had something on the uchiha before he got sasuke

No I think that that symbol of the heaven curse mark. It just looks similar to the Sharingan. If he had something on the Uchiha we probably would have heard about it by now.

If I remember correctly there are different kinds of curse mark. I don't think everyone gets a unique one. I think Kimimaro has the earth curse mark and Sasuke has heaven. And the mark on the snakes head is the heaven curse mark.
