I don't think is fair at all that Kishi only show the ultimate genjutsu user once.I mean he died protecting the but maybe do an episode about his life or something.Is it me or do you guys want to see Shisui in action at least once.

I disagree, Shisui had his part in the Plot. He also has a title, "Shisui of the Body Flicker." Why many don't recognize the latter is beyond me. It literally saids he is better than anyone in base-speed.

Yes many character's still need face time like all the first kage's of the nation's and shusui not to mention hiruzen's missing son or daughter ( konohamaru's dad or mom).
