The only reason why they can is because of the Senju DNA to link them to the Juubi. Besides, without Senju DNA, they wouldn't have been able to summon the Gedo. So, no Senju DNA, no Juubi to begin with.

Well that's the Juubi's handywork, and not exactly the Senju, Uchiha, or any clan's power for that matter.

I'd also say at the moment, Madara and Obito were kicked off Haax Juubi mountain so I guess it isn't their power anymore. If anything it only even reflects the strength of two individuals as opposed to the entire clan. If the Juubidama was an Uchiha Regular...then yeah I'd say the Uchiha solo low diff, but it isn't an Uchiha power.

The last chapter appears to indicate that the Uchiha are either equal to or weaker than the Senju (though Hashirama seems to state that the Uchiha were weaker).

Doubt it, they both have Rinnegan and Sharingan, Hashirama does not. Wood is helping control the Juubi, but the eyes are as well.

It is not BS. You said Uchiha>Senju. Not Mutant UchihaSenju + Juubi > Senju. Hashirama > almost any Uchiha 99/100 times.

Tobirama can probably take on Tobito without Rinnegan, since it is not his. It was really Madara's.
