Sasuke stands before his opponent whom seems to be none other than the Yellow Flash, with his 3T sharingan passively activated.
With his crimson eyes glowing as he would look directly into the eyes of Minato, Sasuke casts him within a powerful illusion (A Rank) where Minato would be made to see and believe that Sasuke suddenly flashes in a burst of speed directly at Minato appearing before him almost instantly, Minato would then see Sasuke deliver a devastating and powerful elbow strike to his abdominal area, knocking the wind out of him. In reality nothing has changed and Sasuke would simply toss a lightning infused kunai aimed directly at Minato's heart.

As the uchiha activates his sharingan, Minato thinks it in his mind. "An Uchiha? I have to be careful of their genjutsu and their eyes" though this was too late as at the first glance, Minato would see you burst towards him in a flash of speed.
I can't beleive he's wanting a test of speed.

And while this is going on, Minato creates 2 clones, One of them(at the left) begins to gather natural enery while just standing there. Description: A simple yet effective Ninjutsu technique, Minato will dash in a burst of raw speed and jump, run or dodge an incoming attack. This is done by taking advantage of his enhanced reactions and his fast intellect when perceiving an attack and combining it with a burst of pure movement speed. Off course this can only be used on a battle ground that enables it and never mid air. It has some limitations though as Minato himself doesn't have a high movement speed but its still enough to mimic what can be described as an "instant" movement. Because of this, if the user wants to dodge or evade attacks from faster bios such as Raikage bios or EIG users, he needs the use of his space time techniques. The technique also has some limits in the movement it can produce, which are overall linear, lacking the ability to produce intricate and complicated movement patterns. Doujutsu users (at least 2T for Sharingan), Sensors or EIG users/masters as well as users with high reaction/reflexes or senses will still be able to track the user although, in some cases, become unable to react.
Note: This version can only be used by Minato and Tobirama bios once every 2 turns, a maximum of 3 times.

As the fourth releases a wind blade which blasts aside the kunai and heads directly towards Sasuke, he reaches into his ninja tools pouch and removes a scroll which Sasuke swiftly swings open before him. As the scroll opens a large flaming dragon shoots forward from the scroll and defeats the oncoming blade of wind whilst continuing towards Minato. As the dragon of flames advances forward, Sasuke casts Minato in another illusion where as he would notice the oncoming dragon of flames he would also come to notice a large ball of flames descending upon him from the sky.
Whilst Minato is left to protect himself, Sasuke takes a bite out of his right thumb and swipes it across his snake tattoo to summon Aoda beside him. Upon being summoned, Aoda starts quickly slithering in an arc towards the Hokage approaching quickly from his right.
"It seems you are familiar with the Sharingan...You should know that you stand no chance before an Uchiha!"

As you release fire against the wind, Minato slams his hands on the ground while warping nothing more than you and him into a weird terrain. Once in this terrain however, you see yourself bound in the walls of the slimey bludge. While it begins to crush you. Immediately after the reverse summon, Minato Drops 3 ST kunais while blitzing towards you and slaming a rasengan on you. He move extremely fast he would get to you in a matter of a sec. The kunais, one lands in his initial position when they are reversed summon into the toad, one stucks in the roof of the toad stomach 10 to the right, the last lands 2m to your right.
Uchiha? They are a weak bunch of miscreants that are nothing without their sharingan.
