No i get you and the only reason why i am agreeing with Oro victors is because i've yet to see any sasuke fan sway me from believing he has a chance in this match-up ? If someone can supply a valid/fact based opinion on why sasuke would win then id agree with them as well / be my guest to help me see sasuke winning

Think of it like this. Everyone talking about 1st and 2nd comming back. Last I checked that would be the restriction point. Because they are seal away forever. Also everyone said Oro might know all about sharingan because he want it. No one thought of Kakashi MS because it is random. Everyone does not get the same skills Itachi and Sasuke have those two because they are brothers. The Armor is a said but Oro never seen it due to the fact He was not around when Madara was and he never seen Itachi so he would not know all the perks he just know the limits of sharingan not MS plus Sasuke is smarter now he would not lose as easy and even with Oro sick or full health the fight would just last longer Sasuke has a sword and a lot of jutsu we have yet to see with his MS and plus you have to think about the trick he played On Danzo that made him think he had a Sharingan left.

Sasuke wins. This is the same MS Sasuke that beat Danzo. An we can say Danzo and Oro are about the same strength. Sasuke would not let Oro get a chance to pull of edo tensei.

If we exclude the Edo Tensei, Sasuke would win with mid difficult, otherwise Orochimaru. As good as Orochimaru might be, he will never be equal to an Uchiha he always wanted to be. The chapters about their fight before Sasuke absorbed him show us, that even his 3 Tomoe Genjutsus are strong enough for catching him in there, so there is no reason for even assuming that Sasukes EMS Genjutsus wouldn't work. Also Orochimaru is certainly inferior to Susanoo.

Yes if Oro was healthy at the time he would of whooped Sauske but now that sauske has MS its a whole different story. Im an Oro fan but we all know his weakness is a strong Sharingun him and Uchia's just dont match up well. And he would be too cocky and let his guard down.

I have Sasuke on this one with high difficulty. Especially against a healthy oro. In my opinion all Sasuke would have to do is activate Susano to keep his distance from Oro then use his genjutsu on Oro in order to immoblize him then finish him off with his long range arrow attack. Even though Sasukes genjutsu is weak and last a few seconds its strong enough to stop Oro in his tracks for a brief time. More than enough time for Sasuke to hit him with the arrow or even Amareutsu. I am sure that Sasuke could even counter manda.

Oro was never at full health while he was training Sasuke , and his health everyday was slower deteriorating . . Just saying

Sasuke.Genjutsu is oro weakness.

Orochimaru would be a TERRIBLE shinobi if he wouldnt be accounting for the Uchiha's genjutsus after he was already defeated by this. I say so b/c he has RARELY ever been beaten, so I'm sure this sticks out in his mind.

Genjutsu is the ONLY thing that Sasuke could do to him. Unless he wanna lose an eye trying Izanami/gi but that wouldnt guarantee victory either. IDK I think a healthy Lord Orochimaru (who fought both Sannin with no arms) would destroy MS Sasuke, high difficulty. Remember also that Sasuke's vision started going bad with him spanning the MS jutsus which he does EVERY FIGHT. All bad for Sasuke in my opinion.

THERE ARE @ WAYS OF SEEING THIS...
1. Orochimaru takes this.....
oro can regenerate i.e. come out of the mouth again and again so amaterasu wont work on him.... against susanno he would use the 8 headed snake, the one he used against Itachi... i.e. kinda powerful but Itachi was too strong for him.... Then oro has Edo-tensei, and somehow or the other he will find a way to use it.... He is Sasuke's Sensei and has taught him all Jutsus ho he would surely know its weaknesses and limaitations....

2.BUT BUT.....
Sasuke will give him a hard time with his Genjutsu, thats how he devoured him. it doesnot matter if he is healthy or sick, Genjutsu is a checkmate for him..

FINALLY...
SAKUKE WILL WIN if he uses genjustsu from the beginning or else Orochi is gonna do a great deal of damage to him....
