its still depends on kishi if whether he has sealing jutsu..because for that fact he never met an opponent whose immortality is freaking annoying to seal him.. that he would use a sealing jutsu. not saying that he does.. its all kishis

1. Oros is weak as u say? that why sasuke defeated him easily retard even in full health, it would propably only by mid difficulty for christ sake..i will say it 1 more time wat itachi and sasuke said to oro just b4 he beat the crap of orochimaru: no jutsu can work infront of these eyes.. oro got ghost bump when sasuke said to him..

Would Sasuke even need a sealing technique to stop the Edo summons? Amaterasu seems enough, as when he was hit by Itachi's, Nagato was down for some time til Kabuto took direct control.

Anyway, with MS, Sasuke should win. We've seen how useful his genjutsu can be and Amaterasu should deal plenty of damage.

The 3rd stated nobody in Kohona was strong enough to face oro
So somehow I don't see sasuke winning as Jiraiya was prob in Kohona when he said that and even if he wasn't there were people stronger than sasuke their rendering all arguements of strength pointless

I think a lot of people are underestimating Orochimaru's abilities—he is no pushover when he's at full health. If you recall, during the Four-Tails fight, Orochimaru was BISECTED and lived; and he wasn't even at full strength!

A lot of arguments I see are things like "Well Oro can't counter [insert jutsu/Mangekyo technique]"
If you remember, one of Orochimaru's ambitions was to learn as many jutsu as he could; and he learned a LOT of them (as by his own boasting and as seen in combat). On top of that, Orochimaru has a sly nature of avoiding techniques anyway; chances are, he's got SOMETHING to counter techniques Sasuke can throw at him.

Even if Orochimaru DIDN'T have a way to counter things like the MS techniques or Blaze Release, a lot of arguments act like Sasuke can just spam them; well, he can't. Sasuke gets fatigued from overuse. In any case, lots of people seem to be making the assumption that as soon as Sasuke hits Orochimaru once, Orochimaru is automatically dead. When did Sasuke suddenly become able to one-shot people with ANY jutsu?

Focusing on the MS techniques, Orochimaru desperately wanted the Sharingan—I think it's easily assumable that he knew of the Mangekyo and its abilities! He had a lot of resources at his disposal, and I think it's been shown over time that he used them wisely.

In short, Orochimaru takes this victory.

Fate do not host a poll if you going to down everyone who doesn't say Oro would win and Sasuke would win thanks to MS because of the fact Oro might be good but Ms is better as well as this. His hideout is not miles long Ama would still keep him at a distance he has blaze and it is a one on one. So Sasuke wins. It might be hard but he will win. Oro is surpassed.
