How i already explained myself before ? I feel like under these specific circumstances Oro is faster , smarter , durable (Has more stamina/chakra at his disposal) , counter Sasuke's genjutsu's / tsukuyomi , dodge all sasuke's attacks whether with speed or snake style substitutions , make Sasuke use susanno until he renders all his chackra , dodge amaterasu , taught sasuke almost everything he knows , has homefield advantage , Edo tensei sound 5 ninja at his disposal , and much more but im to lazy to post it if you read recent pages you'll know what else .

Sasuke doesn't really need to use Susanoo for the most part he could fight him like he did bee with his kenjutsu, but you say edo tensei why bring that into a 1v1 well if its 3 on 1 sasuke loses

It's not considered a 5(not 3) on 1 because a summoning Jutsu is needed to be used in order for this to happen . Its an ability to summon these people , a jutsu , not a handicap . Also if Sasuke wants he can summon that bird thing even though i doubt it'd be of much help .

Although Orochimaru was sick his ultimate goal was to get Sasuke in the body transfer ritual world in which he was successful but in the end the power of the sharingan foiled his plan again... Sasuke was able to reverse the technique and in return absorb Orochimaru...Sasuke wins this no problem

Oro takes this low-mid difficulty. Sasuke caught an oro that couldn't even use his hands in a genjutsu :flaw: Sasuke nearly lost to oro like I said before without him using his hands. Matter of fact Oro only used his head Lol (Snake head). He went after sasuke with his sword with just a head and backed him into a corner:shrug:.

The fact that Oro can even use this jutsu proves how strong he truly is because it takes IMENSE chakra , im not even a Oro fan but i feel like he takes this one .

I was thinking the same thing LOL if you have an arguement , just provide the facts to back it up that's all . Im just not convinced Sasuke can win this fight with these standards .

If its strictly 1 vs 1 sasuke would win. But you said no restrictions therefore edo tensei is involved. Im not only sure how sasuke would fair in the bringer of darkness, but also he has no sealing feat. The 2 hokages during their fight with sarutobi showed no great speed feat and infact stayed stationary for quiet a bit. Amaterasu with hit both of them in no time, but they will regenerate.

If sasuke had sealing feat id give it to him, but currently he doesnt

Oro win's this. Sauske stated after the deidara fight that he only beat a weakened oro. Along with many other impressive feats by oro, and given Sauskes MS abilities, I do not see him winning the fight.

Oro wins w/ or w/o Edo. As from what we've seen his abilities alone are able to counter Sasukes offensive attacks and possess summons that can go toe-to-toe with Susanoo.
