Orochimaru wins. He's a hell of a bastard. Plus, they're in his hideout, so he knows what tricks he stored there to use them against Sasuke and his sword (I don't remeber its name).

His Tsukuyomi is WEAK lol i doubt its gonna help him out in a huge way . i see him using it maybe so he can dodge Oro for a split second like he did with killer bee but thats as far as it goes with genjutsu and sasuke
Why do people say Oro is weak against genjutsu, he has a 5 in the databook and actually was able to move upon Itachi's binding genjutsu.
Nonetheless, Orochimaru wins moderate difficulty. Sasuke's genjutsu wouldn't be a major factor, he has nothing against 8 branch technique or the two Hokage's.

I say Orochimaru wins, but I can't forget the fact that Orochimaru was defeated by Itachi's inferior Genjutsu. Orochimaru has the power advantage, but he's weak against Genjutsu. If Orochimaru learned how to fight an Uchiha without looking into their eyes, then Orochimaru takes this. We know his stamina is way above Sasuke's, he has strong summons, strong sealing Techs, and his Eight Branches Technique. Orochimaru's Eight Branches Technique has the potential to cause great damage to Sasuke's Susano'o.

Very very very true indeed , but i personally think Oro can counter sasuke's genjutsu with that of maybe his own . And i doubt he would allow himself to get caught up in sasuke's genjutsu that because he knows sasuke is an Uchiha

He probably learned to prevent eye contact when fighting an Uchiha, but he's never been shown to be using strong Genjutsu. He probably has strong Genjutsu, but it's sad we never saw them. Although, when he fought Sasuke during the Chuunin Exams... that could be a Genjutsu.

Also if i remember this correctly , Oro before sasuke killed him he put sasuke under a genjutsu where they were in a different dimension that Oro created , and his snakes went and covered sasuke's body . I feel like because Oro wasn't at full health at the time thats why sasuke broke out of it so easily . But maybe Oro at full health there will be a different outcome ? Just my thoughts
He does have Genjutsu, but they seem to be cancelled so easily. I wish I had seen more, maybe him rendering someone's will useless... similar to what Itachi did to Kakashi. Now that would be him showing strong Genjutsu skill.
