I'd give this to Sasuke and Kakashi.
Either Sasuke or Kakashi could deal with Kakuzu's Iron Skin if he chooses to use it.
As for his hearts, in theory it's possible for Kakuzu to possess all 5 elements, but from what we saw in the manga it went (in no order):
-Fire Heart
-Lightning Heart
-Wind Heart
-Earth Heart (the one that was first destroyed by Kakashi)
-His original heart
Kakuzu was from Takigakure (Waterfall Village) which leads to the possibilty that his original element is Water, but otherwise we can't assume he has it since he used not a single Water technique in his fight.

Anyways, both Sasuke and Kakashi can easily avoid Kakuzu and his Masks' attacks. Kakashi showed this in his fight with Kakuzu. Sasuke is just as maneuverable as he is considering he is of Uchiha blood and can fully harness his Sharingan's predictive powers.
Keep in mind, the only times Kakashi had to go head-to-head with Kakuzu's Masks' attacks were when he was protecting Ino and Chouji. Kakashi was being held back by them. He would not have this problem with Sasuke.
Thus, he will not be forced into a direct confrontation where he has to exhaust unnecessary chakra.

But Yamato and Naruto were able to counter it with a Water/Wind
combo attack:

This proves that it's possible to do combination attacks with each other using different elements. I'm sure it's no easy task but remember, Kakashi and Sasuke are
both geniuses. They'd figure it out.
Kakashi and Sasuke have 4 elements between them- Earth, Lightning, Fire, and Water.
This means they can counter anything Kakuzu throws at them.
-If Kakuzu uses Fire/Lightning, Kakashi and Sasuke counter with Water/Lightning
-If Kakuzu uses Wind/Water, Kakashi and Sasuke counter with Fire/Water
-If Kakuzu uses Earth/Fire, Kakashi and Sasuke counter with Lightning/Fire
This holds true for whatever other combination you can think of that Kakuzu could throw at them.

Kakuzu is a mid/long-ranged fighter, and both Kakashi and Sasuke are close/mid and mid/long range specialists.
Kakashi specializes in close to mid range combat.
Sasuke specializes in mid to somewhat long ranged combat.
Considering Sasuke was able to walk away from a fight against possibly the most elite and devestating long-ranged fighter in the manga, Deidara, it's likely he could deal with Kakuzu as well.
