That's true. Itachi has no nearly no haters (in the past several years, I think I've seen like 4 online at most lol) whereas half of the fanbase hates Sasuke and the other half is either neutral/loves him. But Sasuke is the antagonist, or at least was for a while, so his personality is meant to be disliked. But the majority of the people I know appreciate what his character does for the story though, at least I do.
