Sasuke has always said that reviving his clan is one of his ambitions however is it possible if he is their is only two Uchiha males left.

The sharingan will eventually disappear if only Sasuke is left to reproduce because the bloodline will get diluted and other more dominate genes will wash it out. Besides as it is not every Uchiha was able to activate sharingan.
