Storing a shit ton of chakra somewhere and actually having that amount of chakra inside of you is two different things and you know it. Sasuke has always been more durable, and more stamina enriched than Sakura. She was bummed out from the tree exercise while he was able to continue farther than her.

His Uchiha blood gives him those advantages. Building up more chakra than you have in a seal isn't impossible.
