Is the Uchiha clan purposely being left out of the series. We will ever even see a Uchiha susanoo. Is that why Sarada is still rocking a 1 tomoe sharingan and Mitsuki has sage mode already?

I haven't kept up with the series since 2014 when the manga ended so I'm not sure what's going on but honestly thank god if that's the case, one of my complaints about the series back then was the focus on uchihas, other characters were pushed to the side because of it so if they want to explore new ideas I'm all for that, will try to catch up when I can.

I wouldn't go as far as comparing a genetically engineered being based on decades of research to Sarada's progress. The Sharingan requires strong emotional stimulation to advance. Chasing escaped zoo animals and fighting fodder thieves doesn't exactly fit the bill. Let's see what happens on this B-rank mission Team Konohamaru has been assigned.

It's obvious. The Uchiha have had far more development, and ruined development. On top of that, their power will just take the spotlight away from Boruto. This might be the first time everything surrounds the MC only, unlike in Naruto.

In fact, an Uchiha will be key to defeating any Otsutsuki in the future. So I don't know how they'll get someone like Boruto or others to handle it should Naruto and Sasuke be dead. The only person who can really deal with the Otsutsuki with Boruto would have to be Sarada.

Nah the sharingan is just a mutated eye that can now not only be synthetically created (like Shin) but even have its end game the Rinnegan, be cultivated via the Chakra fruit as as with Momo and the Ootsutski
