Saw a couple threads about Pre-cog being nerfed with the Sharingan and I wanted to say this:
The Uchiha pre-cog is not nerfed against stronger opponents. The issue is those opponents are:
Experienced in combat
Experts in their fighting ability
Know their opponents moves.
Case and point: Hashirama and Madara
While Yes, Madara eyes can see things before they happen giving him a huge advantage in a fight. What people forget is that once you have mastered your fighting ability you will know your opponents moves regardless of precognition. While yes Madara precog helped him tremendously people must remember that Hashirama also fought and battled and for every mistake he made he learned from that mistake and mastered his technique.
Example: Martial arts
In martial arts one of the greatest achievements one can reach is being so experienced and knowledgeable that you know your opponents moves before they make them. This can be decided based on:
Position
Style of Attack
Weapon they use
ETC

This picture is a good example as it illustrates Hashirama blocking Madara's warfan. Clearly we can all see that Madara's next move will either be either his Scythe OR some form of kick. Hashirama (Who isnt in sage mode) has clearly set himself up in a defensive position to not only block the warfan attack but also counter the next attack. This is not because he has pre-cog but because of his experience in battling MANY uchiha and many other shinobi to hone his fighting ability to the point of perfection.
So just because uchiha get beat in Taijutsu doesn't mean they are nerfed. It just means that their opponent has mastered their technique and have the speed and stamina to match it.
