Uchiha physical strength

I would say that they're pretty average. Sasuke as a kid had a 2 in the databook and he was like 12-13 at the time before progressing to 3.5 which is hebi sasuke's feats. He strong enough to take out curse mark 2 guys with one swing.
Obito was 11 years old with a strength to one arm kakashi is pretty impressive. So a 2 strength at the age of 11 is really good.
Itachi sent kurenai flying with a 3.5 strength too.

So the clan is average physical strength.

None of these feats reflect incredible physical strength to begin with. Itachi swatting Kurenai a significant distance away is no different than Tayuya swatting Naruto a significant distance away which is fairly average, if not below average in the world of ninja since Tayuya has a 1 in physical strength. Gaara also swatted Temari away despite being physically inept.

i dont think so. But they do have advantage during taijutsu fight due to their sharingan.

With practive, training and enhancement you can improve your physical strength to an extent.

I don't think they are unique in physical strength, just better fighters with their eyes.
