Otsutsuki expanded the Naruto franchise tbh, with new possibilities for stories, powers, settings, and much more. It is epic.

OT: If you are asking who is stronger in terms of power, then we can't really say because the Otsutsuki clan members that we've seen vary too much from each other for us to actually treat them as a clan with mainstream limitations and powers.
For example:
Kaguya has the rinnesharingan, the byakugan, can control the environment, and can turn into the juubi.
Momoshiki has rinnegan and byakugan
Hagoromo has the rinnegan, rikudou senjutsu and became the juubi jinchuuriki. He also had sharingan/MS in the anime.
Indra only had sharingan/MS
Asura didn't even have a dojutsu. He had RSM though, and wood style in the anime.
Hamura had byakugan, tenseigan and rikudou senjutsu
Toneri had byakugan/tenseigan for awhile with Hanabi's eyes.
Kinshiki only had byakugan. Those red chakara weapons probably aren't even a KKG.
Out of all that I listed, some of those were also gained/learned powers (ie. juubi jinchuuriki, learning rikudou senjutsu, eating various chakara fruits/pills, etc...)
However, we can't quite discredit the Otsutsuki's powers as just being external and not being available to most clan members because the Otsutsuki are implied (by Momoshiki) to have a culture of hunting and harvesting chakara fruits. For all we know, most of their citizens could have partaken of this fruit, and so alot of them may also have KKG/KKM and things of the like. Furthermore, power from shinju fruits have been shown to carry over into children and descendants (such as the case with Kaguya's line), so there may very well be a number of Otsutsukis that actually naturally have KKG/KKM even without eating fruit or pills.
In short, we don't know enough about the Otsutsuki to judge their clan's power as a whole.
Anyway, the Uchiha are just a diluted subset of the Otsutsuki anyway.
No Kaguya eating the fruit = no Hagoromo born with power = no Indra born with power = no Uchiha clan born with power.
There is really no point in treating them as being entirely separate.
Of course I already know that Uchiha fans are going to deny this anyway and they are going to undermine the Otsutsuki for eating chakara fruits despite all that I have said here.
