MS Obito would win, high diff.

You have to take Itachi's stamina into account. Obito has CRAZY ass stamina, since he's been controlling the bijuus, fighting 2 perfect jinchurriki and Kakashi and Guy. Not to mention he summoned the gedo mazo, and he STILL could release a katon that could take out an entire army.

Obito would simply outlast Itachi.
