I have trouble in deciding who of these 2 would come out as a winner in a 1v1 situation.

What do you guys think?

Kamui + izanagi gives obito the win. He warps away or goes underground leaving itachi without a clue where obito is. Then obito warps his hands behind itachi with a speed close to FTG.

why do people think that Totsuka is a sure win? People say the same about amaterasu but it still has yet to defeat anyone.

The two times Itachi used Totsuka were on opponents who were stationary.

Orochimaru thought he could tank it

All Uchicha's are inferior to Macho. They are fodder and shouldn't matter. If it were UCHIHA, then Obito takes it with Rinnegan, high diff. Juubito stomps.

MS you could argue for, either Obito high diff or Itachi very high diff.

I think MS Obito vs Itachi already happened, although it was a battle of wits. Each was trying to gain an edge over the other while Itachi was in Akatsuki. Neither one made a move against the other, both were very cautious.
In the end, Obito won due to Itachi dying and Sasuke joining his cause. However, one COULD say that, in the end Itachi, with the aid of Orochimaru and Hashirama, won the war.

Any version of Obito(minus kid) solos. For MS, Kamui renders amaterasu and susanoo useless. He's been shown to be a very skilled genjutsu user(using Yagura as a puppet. Using genjutsu to that extent would require huge skill!), meaning that he probably could break tsukyomi if caught(if). On top of that, Izanagi is a huge advantage.

Obito is just to strong for him especially his stamina is far superior to itachi
