Mu goes invisible and than Obito can't see him, to defend his attacks. Obito could pop Izanagi though to prevent being killed via an ambush. Than when Mu believes he has killed Obito, Obito will have the chance to ambush Mu. Though potentially due to sensing Mu may be able to react in time to this ambush, it really depends how Obito plays it. If Obito waits until Mu totally has his guard down than this ambush could work, but if he immediately attempts a successive strike after Mu lands his blow, than Mu should sense him and be able to defend. If nether dies during these ambushes, than it would come down to whether Obito could hold Izanagi + Intangibility longer or Mu could maintian invisibility longer.

Really I could see the match going ether way, though I tend to give Obito the edge w/ extremely high difficulty.
