the whole uchiha massacre needs more light because what itachi said doesn't add up i think he invited tobi/madara to do it with out him telling the 3rd because the thought that a 11-13 year old kid killed a whole elite clan with out none of them even hearing a single sound even at night is kinda hard to believe and only person that could of pull that of was tobi/madara-he show that at naruto birth

I cannot post links for pages but in a page it was mentioned that itachi joined the anbu at the age of 10,5
the day before the exam to be an anbu, fugaku said;
I'll come to watch your exam next day. that's important for the uchiha
itachi;
I'm not going, tomorrow is the day sasuke enters the academy.

and it was mentioned that itachi entered the anbu because of spying the anbu (but it turned to be otherwise)

so 2,5 years before the massacre uchiha started to plan the coup. itachi had 2,5 years in the time period danzo, hiruzen and two elders tried to prevent it. hiruzen thought of negotiating but it was failed. so danzo and the other two gave the order of extermination.

at the same time itachi wasn't just waiting. he did his own search and found tobi. (as madara)

and tobi said they had a deal and so they did the job together

that's as far as I can say about the uchiha massacre

Hmmmmm.... Tobi himself mentioned that he didn't have Itachi to face anymore after Sasuke killed him. but the reason Tobi considered ItAchi to be an "obstacle" is that Itachi invited Tobi to massacre the Uchiha without hurting Sasuke or informing any of the elders or the 3rd.
BTW, Itachi himself could've killed the entire Uchiha clan without making aNY noise as he was an ANBU captain, AND the Uchiha were sleeping.... If someone dies in there sleep as brutally as Itachi demonstrated, of course they'd have died an instant and painless death, and hence make no noise.........

danzo wasn't a part of the massacre, but tobi said to danzo, that he hadn't seen him since the massacre. danzo and his root had secrets that the other elders were unaware of
