In naruto storm 3 madara has the same voice as obito which is insane and awkward the question is in the anime when madra appears he will have the same voice as obito?? Or its just in the game?? Cause in the upcoming episodes madara and obito will be talking to eachother and its wierd to hear the same voice

Because the anime that debuts Madara has not come out, the development team for the game likely duplicated the voice actor for Madara and Tobi.

This is perfect, because it accentuates the illusion of Tobi's masquerading as Madara.

I'm sure he will get his own voice actor in the anime.

could be linked to Madara having his will aka black rods in the zetsu parts in Obito causing him to sound like Madara, I know you might say well black zetsu is madara's will too! yet no similar voice!

at the end of chapter 606 it shows madara saying from now on till my revival you are... and it shows obito saying UCHIHA MADARA. so its according to Madara's will for obito to have the voice

Keynote, Madara's rods are made out of Madara's spiritual/physical energy so its not impossible for it to happen

Obito can change his voice again. He has done this before. Tobi-Obito
Obito is currently mimicking Madara's Voice. People like Onoki Know Madara's Voice. So Obito had to use Madara's Voice.
What happens is Obito gets a new Voice when his face is finally revealed.
