This, if you take a look at what he did with Hashirama's Forest you'll see what he meant with it. He was talking about the sight of such scale of destruction. That does not imply he had ever raised such destruction himself.

Those means everyone, not just Itachi, Tsukuyomi+Amaterasu=Susanoo.

Kagutsuchi is a Shinto Deity, just like Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Kamui. Sasuke uses Kagutsuchi out of his right eye and Amaterasu out of his left, Itachi used Tsukuyomi out of his left eye and Amaterasu from his right.

Nope, he begot Amaterasu (the sun goddess) from his left eye, Tsukuyomi (the moon god) from his right eye and Susanoo (tempest or storm god) from his nose.[1]

Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo all came from Izanagi.

1 thing I have to say about the bold:

1.Manga was vague and the DB was more clear on it, they don't contradict each other at all since having Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu is a Double Mangekyo.

Manga is right, and so is the DB, but one was more specific than the other.

The fact is that Sasuke has Tsukuyomi..
