I'll "TRY" to keep this thread short and sweet (but i wont LOL).

Madara wrote the Uchiha Stone Tablet inside of the Nakano Shrine, and with the evidence below, I will support this theory. Here we go:

1. The secrets of the Uchiha Doujutsus were written on the Stone Tablet in the Nakano Shrine.
2. Uchiha Madara (then Izuna) was the 1st shinobi EVER to awaken the MS.
3. The knowledge of HOW to obtain the MS was recorded on the Stone Tablet in the Nakano Shrine.
4. Madara was the first shinobi in HISTORY to obtain the EMS.
5. Madara (the 1st person to ever awaken MS & EMS) did NOT know that the MS caused blindness. Madara also did not know how to stop the blindness effect of overusing MS. This proves he did not read the "tablet" with MS to find out about the blindness, or how to achieve EMS.
6. Itachi states that for DECADES (not Centuries) the Uchiha have been trying to obtain the MS and EMS.
SUMMARY:
IF YOU DONT AGREE THAT MADARA WROTE THE STONE TABLET, PLEASE PROVIDE MANGA EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT YOUR ARGUEMENT IN YOUR POST, AND VOTE WHICH SHINOBI YOU THINK WROTE IT.

...WHY?!? lol. I have not heard ONE GOOD REASON to explain any of the points below...
1. Why Create a Tablet that is only readable by the Elder Son (and family)?
2. Why include information teaching those descendents how to evolve a power that he didn't approve of the Elder Son having...?
3. Why only give this knowledge to one Son and not the other? Not even Tsunade, a Senju, knew ANYTHING about what Tobi told the Kage at the Summit.

SUMMARY:
1. Madara was the 1st person to awaken the MS and EMS in the ENTIRE CLAN. This includes ANYONE BEFORE HIM, like the Sage and his sons.
2. The secrets of the different evolutions of the Uchiha Doujutsu were written on the Stone tablet.
3. Again, Madara was the first person to evolve the Sharigan (MS/EMS)... this feat had never previously been accomplished.
Furthermore, both the Sage and his Elder Son had the Rinnegan & a Rinnegan mutation, respectively. They never evolved the Sharigan. This means they could not have written in stone how to achieve MS/EMS eyes, because they were born with HIGHER doujutsus. They did not know this process.
4. Since no one before Madara awakened the MS, Madara did not know previously that MS causes blindness, or that taking a siblings eyes would stop the blindness. These facts would have been written on the stone tablet for Madara to read if the tablet was created before Madara's birth.
5. Itachi says that after Madara and Izuna awakened the MS, for DECADES Uchihas have killed their best friends and taken the eyes of their siblings. If this knowledge existed before Madara's time, they would have been doing this for CENTURIES not just DECADES.
6. The only manga evidence to support the theory that Madara didn't write the Tablet comes from Tobi (see link below). Tobi says here that "He left us this monument". But Tobi also said he is MADARA. He also originally said he wasn't behind the attack on the Leaf Village with Karuma.
So we know he is a F'ing Liar. But i must include anyway.
Final Note: It is possible that a Uchiha shinobi born AFTER Madara created the tablet... but very doubtful. Kishi has listed the important Uchiha in history after Madara, and non seem "fit" to create this tablet.
Below are my explanations AGAINST the other Uchiha writing the tablet:
Sage of Six Paths: Born with Rinnegan, never evolved the Sharigan. He would not know the process of obtaining MS or EMS. Also, why would the Sage leave a legacy of how to obtain the Rinnegan only readable with a doujutsu? Why give the Elder son the POWER and blueprint to get back to "successor" status and he wanted this for the younger son's family?
Last note. Even if the sage created the tablet, the information on it pertaining to the doujutsus did not exist back then, Madara HAD to add it.
Elder Son: Same as Sage, never had a sharigan.
Izuna: He was BLIND. How in the hell is he creating anything lol.
Kagami: This is the BEST option outside of Madara. No proof here.
Setsuna: Who the hell is this guy anyway lol. He is a good candidate, nonetheless. Narutowiki says, "Fed up with the Second Hokage's suspicions against the Uchiha clan, he plotted to take back the supremacy held by the Senju". He was not known to have the MS, FYI.
Fugaku: Most people will vote for him. But note... Itachi says that the Uchiha have been doing this for DECADES. I highly doubt Fugaku was the 1st Uchiha in history to document this process on the Stone Tablet.
Shisui: Born to recent in history.
Obito: LOL.
Itachi: Born to recent in history.
Tobi: Very possible, but take note that Itachi says he visited the Stone Tablet. Why read the tablet if you WROTE IT.
