Two: Madara used many of Hashirama's more advanced Mokuton techniques, like Mokuton Hijutsu: Jukai Kōtan and Mokuton: Kajukai Kōrin.

Three: Senpō: Mokuton: Shin Sūsenju was a heavily advanced Mokuton technique that required one to go into Sennin Modo.

So it was a Mokuton tech, not a summon.

So if Madara's shown that he can copy Hashirama's Mokuton if he's capable of using it, then we can assume he's capable of using Senpō: Mokuton: Shin Sūsenju if he has Sage Mode.

However, if you want to wait and see before believing, then go ahead, it's your prerogative

Shinsuusenju coated with PS > anything Hashirama can offer.
