Not that simple. Third Raikage is too fast to simple restrain. And if he gets caught, Mokuton is made up of Suiton and Doton, two elements that Raiton will easily destroy. Muu can turn himself invisible so Madara can't track him; and he can fly. His Jinton can dematerialize Madara at a near molecular level. Minato has Kyuubi Chakra and know the Reaper Death Seal and won't die after usage. Yet again, Madara cane simply catch and restrain Minato. Nidaime Mizukage uses Genjutsu, and with unlimited chakra, it's basically a forever Genjutsu with his oversized Clam. Yondaime Kazekage can continuously bury him in Golddust Tsunamis. Sandaime Raikage is most useful because he can use his strength, speed, and Raiton to destroy the Mokuton (Wood Style). Not to mention his Black Lightning. This set of Gokage are much stronger than the current.

Not that simple. Third Raikage is too fast to simple restrain. And if he gets caught, Mokuton is made up of Suiton and Doton, two elements that Raiton will easily destroy.

3rd Raikage has no notable speed feat that lets you say that he is too fast to be restrained. Mokuton doesn't just suppress Bijuu chakra.

Flower Tree World takes time to initiate. Rewatch the episode when Naruto fought Sandaime Raikage. He's faster than Ei, killed 10k men alone and took on Gyuuki (Hachibi) alone. In the manga, yes it is. Suiton is inferior Raiton. So is Doton and Katon. The only element stronger than Raiton is Fuuton. Look it up.

If he can battl a full Bijuu alone, then he's got no problem with v2 Susano'o. maybe v3. Genjutsu wouldn't work on Edo Tensei victims. So I'm not even sure that Flower Tree World would work on them in the first place.
