Teleportation with a limit range is nothing compared to madara's meteorites. Madara has perfect usage of his Rinnegan. But he was restricted because if he used all of the paths Nagato has shown + Limbo then he'd be practically invisible. Kishimoto couldn't allow this.​

Hashirama over madra Because he always found a way to beat him. With his own power. Easily switchable. I would of love to see madara fight hashirama at the last state be honestly he was one-shotted by black Zetsu. (lol)
Kakashi because he seem to always find away. With the combination he came up with in the little time he had two ms make him a threat. Plus he just a superb fighter.
