Uchiha Madara
Uchiha Madara (うちはマダラ, Madara Uchiha) was a legendary ninja who was the leader of the Uchiha clan before and after the formation of the Village Hidden in the Leaves also known as Konohagakure( Konoha for short). After allying with his rival, Hashirama Senju of the Senju Clan, he is also referred to as one of the founders of the Konohagakure.
Background
Before the era of ninja villages, Madara, along with his younger brother, Uchiha Izuna, were considered the most gifted members of the Uchiha clan. Madara and Izuna grew in skill with every battle ultimately achieving the Mangekyo Sharingan. With the power of the Mangekyō the two brothers took control of the clan, with Madara as its leader. Over the years, the Uchiha had constantly fought with the equally powerful Senju clan and as such, Madara had an undying rivalry with Hashirama Senju, then leader of the Senju Clan. It was stated that whenever the Uchiha hired to go to war, the opposing side would always choose the Senju.
However, the constant battles put a lot of strain on madara’s eyes and before long he lost his eye sight. He later transplanted Uchiha Izuna’s eyes and achieved the ultimate form of the Mangekyo Sharingan- Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Whether Izuna gave his eyes willingly or were they taken forcefully is still unclear. Izuna died later on.
To bring an end to the constant fighting, Hashirama approached the Uchiha with an offer of peace. As it turned out Madara never wanted peace. He would go on to claim that a peace treaty would mean his brother had sacrificed himself for no reason. But, the members of the Uchiha strongly wanted peace, therefore he had no choice but to accept. The Senju, the Uchiha, and all the clans they had conquered came together to form the village of Konohagakure. The villagers of Konoha selected Hashirama as the village's first Hokage much to Madara's dismay. Madara feared that Hashirama would oppress the Uchiha with his authority and tried to oppose him. However, the Uchiha clan decided to turn hteir backs on him saying that they had had enough of war. During the time he was a shinobi of Konohagakure, Madara approached Mū and Ōnoki where he informed them that despite the alliance that they had made with Konoha, his village was to remain the dominant power and from that point on, they would obey Konoha.
Soon after being rejected by his clan members, Madara left the village and captured Kurama( the Nine tailed Fox). He later returned in order to challenge Hashirama and fought at the site that would later be known as the Valley of the End. It was here that Madara was defeated and Kurama was captured by the First Hokage. Despite losing the battle he was able to survive and gain a part of Hashirama's DNA with which he was able to use the Wood Release. Shortly before his death Madara awakened his own Rinnegan.
Personality
Madara was a very confident and prideful man. He also happens to be an honest individual and is willing to admit when someone is stronger than he isHe openly admitted that Hashirama is the only shinobi who was capable of defeating him.[ this also shows his respect for Hashirama]. Due to the times he lived in, Madara believes it is natural for shinobi to spend their entire lives in battle. He also thinks that the world can't change from what it was in the past and believes that as such, mankind would be better served sleeping peacefully in an Infinite Tsukuyomi.
Appearance
Madara was a tall, fair-skinned man with spiky, black hair. In his younger days, his hair was shoulder-length and he wore the standard Uchiha clan outfit: a high collared black shirt with the clan's crest on its back. By adulthood, his hair had grown to waist-length with shoulder-length bangs framing the sides of his face, the left side hanging partially over his left eye. His attire took the form of the standard shinobi dress of his era, consisting of bright red traditional armor. This clothing was accompanied by boots and gloves, as well as his village's forehead protector after the truce with the Senju and founding of Konohagakure, but this was discarded upon his defection. During battle, he often carried an orange-coloured war fan on his back that had a mitsudomoe pattern, coloured bright red, in both of the top corners.
Abilities
Uchiha Madara was a power-house and had monstrous levels of chakra. As stated by Kabuto no shinobi alive could hope to equal Madara be it taijutsu or ninjutsu. Even the might of the five Kage paled in comparison to the awesome force of one Uchiha Madara.
Along with his own Kekkei Genkai of sharingan and eternal mangekyo sharingan, Madara was skilled enough to unlock the rinnegan( said to be the eyes of the Sage of Six Paths, the creator of ninjutsu). By implanting Hashirama’s DNA he was also able to master Wood Style, a technique unique to Hashirama.
Other abilities include Fire Style and also a probable Earth Style and Water Style. Madara could also use Wind Style through his trademark gunbai to create powerful gust of wind.
Description of attacks
Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation- Chakra is molded inside the body and converted into fire. The flames are expelled as a massive wall of fire. The attack is so tremendous that several Jounin ninja with Water Style are needed to simply extinguish the wall of flame.
Fire Style: Great Fire Destruction- Chakra is molded inside the body and converted into fire. The flames are expelled as a massive wall of fire. The expelled fire from the mouth engulfs the target in what looks like a vast sea of flames.
Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique- Chakra is molded inside the body and converted into fire. The fire expelled from the mouth either escapesas a massive ball flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. According to Kakashi, this technique was originally created by the Uchiha clan, becoming one of their favored moves.
Amaterasu- It is the highest level Fire Release technique unique to those who have Uchiha blood and have unlocked the Mangekyo form of the sharingan. The target is engulfed in inextinguishable black flames which will continue to burn until the target is destroyed. The only way to stop is to to seal it.
Tsukuyomi- Allegedly the most powerful genjutsu in existence. Tobi's Eye of the Moon Plan involves acquiring the Ten-Tails' power and body in the moon, which allows him to cast an "Infinite Tsukuyomi" (無限月読, Mugen Tsukuyomi) throughout the entire world, which would let him conquer the world and “achieve peace”.
Madara’s Susanoo- Madara's Susanoo possesses a complete body, including a lower half and legs, which are visible when it emerges from the ground, as well as two entirely different sides that are conjoined along their spine, each with a distinct pair of arms and a unique face. The right hand of each side wields a blade and the Susanoo itself appears to be capable of contributing towards some of Madara's techniques, as it was seen forming hand seals when he drew down two meteorites. It is also able to use the powerful Yasaka Magatama. Madara is also able to use his Wood clones to produce multiple of these warriors of doom. The complete Susanoo is said to rival the power of the tailed beasts and can level mountains with one slash of the sword.
Meteorite Technique- Uchiha Madara weaves three hand seals simultaneously, by doing so in conjunction with his Susanoo, in order to draw massive meteorites from the upper atmosphere down towards a specific location on the ground. As they descend in succession along the same trajectory, if one of these meteorites is stopped, another collides with the first like an enormous hammer, breaking both apart and ensuring that they crash into their intended destination.[ copied]
Summoning Technique- Madara is the only shinobi seen in the whole of Naruto Series to have the power to summon the Kyuubi( Kurama).
Rinnegan- The most powerful of the three great Doujutsu( Eye Techniques). This allows Madara to control Animal Path, Asura Path, Deva Path, Human Path, Naraka Path and the Preta Path. Whether he can control the Outer Path is still unknown.
Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan- Ultimate form of the sharingan
Multiple Wood Style: Clones Technique- Madara performs the necessary hand seals and brings forth clones made of wood.
Wood Style Secret Technique: Nativity of a World of Trees- A technique initially developed by Hashirama Senju. The user forces trees to grow on any surface, easily creating a dense forest anywhere they choose. By generating chakra, the user manoeuvres it as they see fit for attack and defence; and furthermore, this omnipotent technique even allows them to capture the enemy at the same time. Even stating that Konohagakure wouldn't have been established without this technique wouldn't be an exaggeration.
Wood Style: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees- The user creates a dense forest of flowering trees. The pollen produced by these flowers is released into the atmosphere and when inhaled, the target falls unconscious.

1) Madara's hobby was falconry.
2) Madara's favourite food was inarizushi, while his least favourite was roe.
3) Madara wished to fight the upper class Konoha ninja.
4) Madara's favourite phrase was "Armour-sleeved single hit" (鎧袖一触, Gaishū Isshoku), which refers to defeating someone with a single blow.
