'Background Information'
History:
Izumo was born into the feared Uchiha Clan. At the age of 10 his talent was spotted by the village elders and Izumo was forced to join the Anbu Black Ops. Izumo spent 2 years in the Black Ops, and was already stronger than other member who were their for nearly 10 years. Izumo was feared all through out the ninja world, his talent with Fire gave him the name 'Skate border of hell. Once turned 14 Izumo left the Anbu Black Ops searching for more power. Upon his travel through the ninja world, he met different kind of ninja's but was especially interested in the ninja's from the water village. They had that same though about power and killing.
Izumo knew that the perfect defenses Kiri had so entry was futile. Izumo not afraid of anything prepared himself, wearing his old anbu uniform he was just about to set off when he felt a sharp punch to his gut,
How can anyone move that fast.......
Mikoto then fell to the ground. After many hours passed, Izumo woke up in the prison of Kiri. There were two guards on duty, one being a strange man with a piece of clothing covering his face with several staff on his back. A red haired man with weird looking eyes stared straight at him.
Those eyes... you must be a Hyuuga. I met many before in that bloody system.
The man just kept on staring at him, not bothering to reply.
Just my luck... trapped in this damp cell with a wierd looking man staring at me and no cigarettes.
Yata heard a deep and raspy coming down from the stairs. He stared at the man and smirked.
Another funny looking one
The man replied: It wasn't funny when I left you unconscious
Yata realized it was this man who moved at those speeds.
May I ask you a question? How much heat can that pretty little suit of yours handle?
Both men gave each other that look which they both knew what it meant. The stare broke when both guards lowered their heads, and a hand was placed on the man in the costume.
You must be that young man that was found trespassing.
And who might you be?

As the man appeared from behind the man in the costume, Izumo realized who he was.
That hat.... you must be the Mizukage.

Izumo stretches before leaving his cell. He gives the man in the costume one last look before heading up the stairs.

Izumo smirks and follows the Mizukage to his office. Izumo spotted many other ninja's. A old lady who could control puppets, a yellowed haired man who had mouths on his palms, a man who could transform his whole body into water, a man who appeared in front of the mizukage within a flash handed him a note and disappeared in a flash.
As you see Izumo our village is one to watch out for. We have a wide variety of talent that makes us one of the strongest villages in the world.
As the two men enter the mizukages building, a lady with crimson hair, and red lips was talking with a topless muscular old man with white hair.
You see those two. The old man was the former Mizukage who ran this village way before I was born, while the lady is the strongest right after the former mizukage.
Mikoto waves at the the lady and the former mizukage as he enters the mizukages office.
Hours went past since Izumo entered the office, many ninja's from the mist attempted to eves drop on the convo between Izumo and the mizukage, but was caught out by a young samurai each time and another young white haired boy.
The door of the office opened and out walked Izumo with the head band of kiri.
Looks like I'll be here for a while
Izumo quickly became friends with everyone in the village and for once in his life found happiness, but this was all about to change with the arrival of the Konoha nin.
??? : He actually thinks he can leave the black ops just like that... send three groups after him and make sure you bring his head back to me in a box.
