Since you're so hell-bent on scans, give me a scan that says Itachi doesn't know how to use Izanagi. And how do you think Itachi learned the story of Izanagi and Izanami? Through his mentor Obito (who he thought was Madara). Why wouldn't he mention Senju DNA? And your point about Madara is totally irrelevant because he only started messing with Senju DNA after he abandonned the Uchiha and hid in a cave the rest of his life. It's heavily implied that Uchiha didn't need Senju DNA to use Izanagi since it's an UCHIHA foribidden jutsu partnered with Izanami, another UCHIHA forbidden jutsu.

There is obviously no scan, I couldn't post one now if I wanted to anyway since I'm on mobile. But anyway I'm sticking to my belief that you don't need Senju DNA for Izanagi. It's been retconned just like the reqs for Susano'o. They said you needed Tsukiyomi in one eye and Amaterasu in the other but that's clearly not the case since Sasuke uses Enton in one eye and Amaterasu in the other.

Its funny how people deny obvious facts U_U. When Danzo and Obito used izanagi, it was said that only those with Senju AND Uchiha dna can use it. Itachi simply said there were izanagi users among the Uchiha clan who thought they were invincible and izanami was created to stop them.

Uchiha and Senjus were fighting for centuries and spilling dna everywhere. Having a couple dozen izanagi users running around shouldn't be too suprising.

However a thing that I'm learning as I become a better person is to accept people's perspectives and ideals. Facts will remain facts, but if you believe Itachi can use it, I have no place to try and convince you other wise
