Itachi is the stronger of the two at this point. When they fight, Itachi still is simply playing with Sasuke, pushing him. Itachi is sickly and dying, but still has the ability to do so.

Itachi ofc , he died only bcoz he wanted to , he could kill Sasuke in 2 mins if he wanted to but he wanted to exhaust him in order to remove Orochimaru from him.
If he wanted to kill him from the very beginning it would be like Susano'o at the beginning and game over for Sasuke

I don't know about you guys, but it seems to me that Sasuke is actually getting weaker now :S ...
Against Itachi he actually had class and fought well... Now all he does is :
HULK ANGRY WAAAAAAAA SUSANOO !!!!!!!!!!!
And that's it, he really just stands there take any shots with susanoo attack with susanoo and can't dodge or really attack with his body anymore...
He sucks sooo bad that he already went blind after a couple weeks with the Mangekyou... His bro' made that MS last for years (about 10 sounds right, right?)
PS: Itachi win even with Sasuke's MS... Even if Itachi is sick as he was against Sasuke.

Obviously itachi would win... He didnt lose to sasuke, he was toying sasuke and he didnt even fight with his full strength...Itachi is my favourite character in naruto series and ofcourse pain as well...
First of all.
1.If it's not for Itachi, Sasuke still wouldn't have his tsukuyomi nor amaterasu, and he wouldn't have his MS.
2. Itachi has way more battle experience then Sasuke.
3. Itachi was way more powerful than him, due to his fully completed Susanoo, Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu,
4. Wer still not sure about Itachi's full power, cause he was dieing, when he fought him.
5. If you put a pool on this thread, we could recognize that Itachi would get
4 out of 5 votes or more.
6. Itachi is cool and awesome, and he's relaxed
