Take away KA from Itachi and Sasuke wins this. There's no proof that Itachi's sword of totsuka can penetrate Sasuke's susanoo. Sasuke now has ems, so he can use his techniques much more than Itachi can use his. Just because Itachi has a more powerful susanoo doesn't automatically win him this fight.

sasuke surpassed itachi for me and when sasuke got itachis eyes, didnt he get all his eye techs. genjutsu is useless against sasuke, hes better at amerterasu and he has itachi weapons now. sasuke wins.
