Amaterasu is also countered by Orochimaru's improved Shadow Clone.

About Sasori..., well I'll leave it to ppl more familliar with him.

Zetsu are artificial human and biological clones of Hashirama. Clones created from cells retain a brain which manipulates the functions of their body. Zetsu actually have brain and chakra making it easy for them to get caught by Genjutsu.

I don't see how sasori has more counters than kakuzu and itachi when they both have methods to defend against all of sasori's attack such as IS and his 100 puppets. Sasori get's killed him rather easily. But I do agree give sasori kisame it's closer.

The only threatening thing for Orochimaru is Itachi's Genjutsu (I'm not talking about tanking with Body Replacement), but since it's 2vs2, it should be much easier to get some time for Oro to release himself from it or simply do that with Sasori's help.

Orochimaru:
Counters amataersu
Has the ability to absorb chakra upon contact place spores.
He can sense their chakra (this is wth zetsu)
Has the ability to shield Sasori
He wind release counters raiton and he's tanked simple enton before.
Etc.

Sasori can provide the distance and offenses to keep them on their toes.
Neither can counter his poison
