I can see team 2 winning mostly due to orochimaru. Orochimaru would have to heavily protect Sasori from itachi because he'd be extremely vulnerable to the sharingan's insight.

With that said, Sasori is really deadly in this matchup once orochimaru can cover his weaknesses. Shouldn't be too hard for the immortal guy who could just soak damage for fun...

Yes, however, Sasori* and Orochimaru have viable counters. Itachi's genjutsu is already moot against sasori, and orochimaru is such a skilled genjutsu user that itachi only has seconds to land damage while oro is caught. Orochimaru has more than enough time to break out of itachi's genjutsus with sasori defending him. Due to this, itachi's genjutsu is [almost] useless in this fight. In fact, genjutsu in general will not be of much point.

You're not factoring Tsukoyomi, which can one shot Orochimaru with the utmost ease. Orochimaru was caught in sharingan genjutsu, which he himself stated to be a temporary paralysis. It had nothing to do with Oro's skill.. Amateratsu burns Sasori down to ashes. Zukkoku+Atsugai also turn Sasori to ashes, and I am only adding this to make Kakuzu take part of this fight.

Oh, i don't focus on Genjutsu much anyways lml, Amertarasu still works whereas IS is countered by YM and Domu, Susano'o basically already KO's Orochimaru due to Totska, even with knowledge its going to be hard to avoid while you have 1 or 2 elemental hearts coming after you as well.

Sasori is ended with either Katon+Fuuton combo or amertarasu

Amaterasu is also countered by Orochimaru's improved Shadow Clone.

No, oro is fine exaxtly where he is. These users just shout out genjutsu as if Oro is break against it. They ignore the fact that Oro was able to move regard of Itachi's paralysis genjutsu and completely resisted Sasuke using the same exact genjutsu lol.
