Minato - Had a clear understanding of chakras, Made multiple High level Jutsu's, Able to access his enemies jutsu's very quickly.
Itachi - One of the best in battle strategist in the anime, Partly due to the sharingan but its the way he understands how to use The sharingan that makes him the Genius. He clearly also understands and can access enemy jutsu's.
Both bad ass dudes(were)
