I believe that Sakura is somehow related to the Senju clan. Her trespassing Tsunade in Byakugou seal and Hashirama's reaction to that makes a strong evidence.

Minato can use Uzumaki sealing jutsu, which he learned from Kushina but that doesn't make him Uzumaki.

Sakura knowing Uzumaki or Senju technique doesn't make her Uzumaki or Senju.

According to the manga, the Senju and Uchiha were the most infamous and powerful.

The Hyuga stole the title by default after the Uchiha massacre. But everyone knows that Sasuke can wipe out that whole clan with ease, including the haters.
