Several points... Sasuke took control of Manda, Orochimaru's personal summoning. Thats close enough. Wood style has become such old news, why would he want that? Its been shown, Wood style doesnt have the potential it once did the first time it was introduced. Since Sasuke's EMS transplant, his chakra has grown and become more sinister, more than that of Madara's because at the meeting of Naruto and Sasuke for the first time in years, Kurama described Sasuke's chakra as being close to Madara's... Since then, its been noted at several points that Sasuke's chakra has grown far more disgusting. So... Safe to say his chakra levels have surpassed Madara's during his time alive. Sasuke doesnt have normal genjutsu, he tricked Danzo into thinking his technique was still active, he managed to catch Bee in a genjutsu, fought on par with his older brother and his strongest genjutsu despite not having Mangekyo Sharingan (Itachi was the best genjutsu user of all time). And another thing... You cant compare the strength of shinobi now to the ones back in the days, powers have been toned and every generation surppases the last. Nuff said.
1. Manda is nowhere close to Kurama. Manda is just something more than GamaBunta.
2. Wood Style maybe old but the hottest and 1 of the strongest KKG. Madara is keeping the fight at level with Allied Shinobi Forces and Naruto and Bee and other skilled shinobi with just Wood Style for a long time. I don't said that Sasuke wants wood style. I mean Madara has wood style while Sasuke doesn't.
3. Sasuke's EMS transplant, his chakra has grown more sinister While Madara's was already so much Sinister. And you can imagine; in all those years while Madara was alive, how much more sinister it could have become in Madara.
4. Kurama described that Sasuke's fould uchiha chakra reminded Kurama of Madara's foul chakra the only who controlled him. Kurama didn't said it was close to Madara.
5. Sasuke does not have strong genjutsu. He tricked Danzo but Tobi already explained that it was a weak genjutsu which lasted for a short time span. Sasuke already knew that He can't put Danzo in genjutsu for long time. Sasuke managed to catch Bee in genjutsu but for at max 1 second and after that Sasuke was dying already.
6. He barely managed to fought on par with Sick Itachi and Itachi doesn't have any intention to kill him. Its clear in manga. Plus you are forgetting Sasuke allowed Oro to take control of the fight otherwise Itachi could have defeated him far easily.
7. If the powers have been toned and generations are surpassed then why Yamato is unable to surpass Hashirama in wood release. Why so many power toend up shinobi died against a basic zetsu army in daytime. Why current 5 kages plus 1 old kage defeated so easily by Madara. Why Naruto and all other shinobis are unable to fight properly against just 2 shinobis here Juubi is not being a big nuisance while Obito and Tobi are being the real threats.
I still say He can beat Madara into the ground.
