Ive noticed every uchiha's hair grows but not sasuke & itachi. Why? :/

Whilst Itachi & Sasuke's hair hasn't changed/grew over time.

If you think Saiyans that dont grow hair are special you would be mistaking.. Only pure blood saiyans hair doesnt grow

Sasuke's hair has changed slightly throughout the series, he's just never worn it long like Madara and Obito have at any point.
Itachi's hair changed too. It was short when he was 4, then when he got older he grew it out and kept it like that. His hair was long.
