[VS] uchiha fugaku vs hiruzen the 3rd hokage, as leaders.

now you might say that we don't have any or a little bit info on fugaku but this isn't about info on him or what so ever this is about who would win the uchiha with fugaku as their leader or the 3rd hokage with his kinda like city with hundreds of different clans in it!?

i mean fugaku was at the time he was living the head of the uchiha clan, and the 3rd hokage was the leader of konoha: senju-hyuuga-the ino chika cho clan (you know what i mean) and many more.


so again!

Fugaku kinda failed as a leader, i mean, the clan was whiped out when he was in charge and mostly because of his actions.
1 - Conspired a Coup d'etat that failed miserably. Even with whatever information he might have had from Itachi he was planning on going against an entire village and was probably going to have the same end.
2 - Made Itachi a spy but never checked if he was trustworthy. I know it's his son but being a Anbu that responds to the Hokage he should've made sure.
IMO Hiruzen was much better:
1 - Longest reign as Hokage, prove of stability.
2 - Tsunade even noted the fine shinobi the village had produced during his time.
3 - Never seeked war and always tried to use diplomacy to avoid or resolve conficts. Way better than a coup.

fugaku was awesome as a leader. he didnt take shit from anyone, wanted to stand up against the elders corruption and policies, and had a plan he thought would enable him to win against the elders. his only failing was not having itachi and shisui with him.

@1stBold - Hiruzen wasn't perfect but he never failed to the point where the village was wiped out and left only with technically one member, in Uchiha case, Sasuke (Itachi became a missing-nin and Obito was suppose to be dead so i don't consider them as part of the clan after that incident).

@2ndBold - More the other way around. Uchiha are suppose to be hateful and start fights (Itachi being the only exception) not Hiruzen who has been shown to be diplomatic. If Fugaku tried an agreement i'm sure it would've been mentioned already. I've no clue why you think he tried it first?

@3rdBold - He didn't have to know about his thoughts, he was a Anbu and they are suppose to fill their duties without letting emotions interfere. A plan of this importance of implied more care and he should have known better as a leader.

I would give it to Fugaku because he was the leader of the esteemed Uchiha Clan after all. Hizuren killed himself to barely beat two mindless zombies barely at 30% of their original potential and only managed to seal Orochimaru's arms. And let's not brush aside his blunders as a Hokage for not giving Uchiha and Hyuga clan their rightful equal status within the village.

He failed when his actions didn't prevent the Uchiha massacre when they had a chance, even the slightest, to prevent as much deaths as possible for example, by leaving the village instead of trying to stand up against it.

Itachi did what he had to do, i'm not going to discuss about him.
They were so nice people that a coup was planned as soon as they came under suspicion because of the Nine Tails rampage. They were innocent and should've remained quiet, not start a conspiracy that would become their downfall when they weren't guilty at all. Fugaku was the leader and alowed this, he's the one to be blamed mostly.

Off topic? The direction one leads his people makes him a good or bad leader. Fugaku's actions got his clan exterminated. Hiruzen protected the village.
