Just some quick questions;

We have never seen a women with sharingen have we?
Can`t female activate the sharingan? It has been bugging me, I cant remember anyone mention it in the manga either. But like kakashi do any of you think that they can transplant one?

There were probably some female sharingan users, just that there wasn't any in the story. Since it's genetics, it's probable at least.

Sasukes mom most likely had them. If narutos mom was a jinjuriki I'm sure sasukes mom would have sum type of skill or ability that's y I think she was able to turn on her own sharingan. But even if she did have a sharingan don't think she would have mangekyo she would prolly have like to puples in her sharingan

It was rare in the Uchiha before Itachi killed the whole clan, generations earlier it was probably more common.

I'm pretty sure they have, because if Sasuke look bach ok his past he asks Itachi to help him with his Sharingan training. when Itachi refuses he is complaining by his parents and then his mom says: 'I can help you with your sharingan training.' and I think you need to have a sharingan to train someone in it...
