I suggest you learn what a retcon is. A retcon is where previously true info is made false in favor of new updated info. The Byakugan has always been able to predict movements to some extent. There simply wasn't a name for it. All Byakugan-user feats from before remain unchanged.

English has this one word retcon but in my language this can mean what you said but it also can mean upgrade (some new ability which doesn´t contradict anything said before but it simply wasn´t mentioned before)

Well if that's what you mean when you say retcon yeah, but typically a retcon in fiction means new info overwrites old info.
