Minato can't just "pop up" wherever he wants, he has to mark them before "popping up". He clearly can't do that when Itachi and Sasuke are protected by susanoo.

I forgot Nagato, I admit.

However, Nagato got the rinnegan only because Tobi gave it to him. In order to awaken the rinnegan naturally, one must advance beyond the EMS by some unknown method( It hasn't been said anywhere that Senju DNA is required for this purpose, and you can't use that as an argument. That applies to Izanagi, and not to rinnegan).

We can't wait for Kishi to say every single obvious thing, we will have to speculate at times.

Anyway, I guess we can conclude that
Senju > Uchiha (Very slightly)
Uchiha = uzumaki
(I don't see how, but I'll have to say this as Naruto will be as strong as sasuke at the end of the series)

and of course, Uchiha >> Namikaze.
Namikaze didn't even originate from so6p, It's just an ordinary clan.

Though I like Tobi but he is a well known liar and Nagato could have awakened the rinnegan by himself just to let u knowU_U

Even for minato fanboys, there is an order of things you should apply to:

1) Learn everything about the character
2) Learn everything about his abilities (like the fact he can't just "pop" anywere he wants to...)
3) Start claiming minato is something more than an average kage and

Well fact still remains that every single Uchiha plan failed so far. Looks like Uchihas are not good planners. Every time they plan something it's a fail and the plan goes south somewhere... Don't blame them they can't be good at everything..
